Rajeev is a distinguished transformation leader with over 28 years of experience in driving large-scale organizational change, cultural evolution, and business performance across Manufacturing, Retail, IT, and the Education sector.
His cross-functional expertise spans Manufacturing, Product Development, Performance & Organization Development, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business HR, and Corporate HR. Over his career, he has partnered with reputed institutions including Mahindra & Mahindra (FES), Raymond Ltd., HCL Services Ltd., and Nord Anglia Education, leading HR and transformation mandates across large enterprises, mid-sized businesses, and family-managed organizations.
He is the Founder & CEO of RAMA Consulting, Rajeev continues to advise and mentor organizations committed to accelerating their growth and leadership journeys. He is also a Mentor of Change with NITI Aayog (ATL), contributing to India’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Rajeev is widely recognized for architecting workplace culture transformations. He played a pivotal role in elevating organizational ranking in Great Place to Work (GPTW) India from Rank 90 to Rank 15 within four years, by embedding trust, accountability, and leadership capability across levels.
